By submitting a request to Zoom Support, the maximum capacity of your account's Breakout Rooms can be increased to allow up to 100 breakout rooms, with a maximum capacity of 1000 per breakout room (depending on account limits). To pre-assign participants that are external Zoom users, import a CSV file. You can only pre-assign participants that have a Zoom account (internal or external Zoom users). These assignments can be adjusted and changed, but it is not possible to store multiple sets of pre-assignments for one meeting or meeting series. Only one set of pre-assignments can be configured for a meeting. If your account has Breakout Rooms 100 enabled, you can pre-assign up to 100 rooms and up to 1000 participants. Up to 50 rooms and up to 200 participants can be pre-assigned. Limitations for pre-assigning meeting participants to breakout rooms If they are not signed in or signed in with a different account, the pre-assignment will not be applied to them. Note: When joining a meeting with pre-assignments, participants need to be signed in to the Zoom account associated with the email address used for pre-assignments for the pre-assignment to be applied.
